With the development of electronic technology, the solar inverter has made great progress in the field of heat dissipation. The volume of the inverter can be smaller and smaller, lighter and cheaper.

Multi level technology
Both ends of the high voltage power devices, higher the resistance is, higher the switch frequency is, bigger the loss is, the recent launch of the three level, five level structure, the voltage level of only half or 1/4, the switching frequency can also be reduced to half or 1/4 of two level, so the multilevel technology can reduce the loss.

Soft switching technology
The application of resonance principle makes the current or voltage in switch devices change according to sine or pure sine rule. When the current naturally crosses zero, it will turn off the device. When the voltage is zero, it will turn on the device. Thus, the switching loss is reduced, and the problems of perceptual shutoff and capacitive opening are greatly solved. Soft switching is done by detecting the current or other technology of the switch tube, so that when the voltage at the two ends of the switch tube or the current flowing through the switch tube is zero, it will turn on or turn off, so that the switch loss will not exist.

Division management
The most capacitive devices in the inverter are sensors, operational amplifiers, electrolytic capacitors and other devices. Power switches, inductors, cables and other devices are high temperature resistant, generally the heating components are separated by the method of dividing the cavity, heating device power inductor placed in the inverter side, reduce the temperature inside the chassis. The integral shell structure, the radiator and the shell are directly and tightly linked, let the aluminum alloy shell take part in the heat dissipation through two paths, thus reducing the internal temperature and the component temperature of the inverter, thus ensuring the longer service life of components and inverters.

New materials
If the IGBT of the silicon carbide material is used, the internal resistance can be done very low, thus reducing the loss.
