Dust is seamless, so the dustproof is closely related to the structure and packaging of the product cabinet. Air cooling type
The hot air is forced by the fan. In order to prevent dust, the dust filter network should be installed at the inlet and outlet. Because the filter network is easily blocked by dust. Once it is blocked, the exhaust heat will fail. The power will probably be protected by overheating and shutdown due to the heat can not be emitted and the internal temperature rises. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the filter network dust regularly in order to prevent the filter from blocking.

Enclosed type
The products are encapsulated in all kinds of circuits, completely using the package shell to dissipate the heat, so that it can be very well dustproof. Because of the lead-acid batteries in the products, although these batteries are known to be sealed, in fact, a small amount of corrosive gas (H2SO4) has been emitted. If the battery and circuit are sealed together, these trace of the corrosive gases will corrode the circuit in the long run, reducing the life of products, so the product can only be closed together, each module circuit.

In 2017, affected by the double factors which the accelerated expansion of the domestic PV distributed market and the rapid rise of foreign emerging markets, photovoltaic industry in China has been developing continuously and healthfully, the scale of industry has been steadily increasing, the technology level has been significantly improved, the production cost has been significantly reduced, the business efficiency has been continuously improving, and the foreign trade has been keeping stable.

1.The scale of the industry has grown steadily.
In 2017, the output of polysilicon in China was 242 thousand tons, an increase of 24.7% compared with the same period last year. The output of silicon wafers increased by 34.3% over the same period last year, and the output of battery chips 68GW increased by 33.3% compared to the same period last year, and the output of components increased by 76GW, up 31.7% over the same period last year.
